The aim of Yoga is to create a union of the body, mind, soul, and universal consciousness. This process of uniting the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of ourselves is what allows yogis to experience deep states of freedom, peace and self-realisation.

Yes! To all of that! We take around 20,000 breaths per day and breathing powers all parts of the body. Yet many of us have lost the connection to our breath- to our life force. Through consciously reconnecting with the breath, we can reconnect with ourselves and discover many positive physical and emotional effects.

Breathwork is for everybody. That’s the best part. Our breath is a tool that is completely ours and we have access to it at any moment, in any situation. Learning how to consciously control our breath means that we take control of the way that we show up in the world.

The majority of people today have a dysfunctional breathing pattern and many of us are only using about 30% of our respiratory system. Your breathing pattern tells a story. The story of you and your relationship to the life force. This work helps you to tap in to your full life force and write new stories.
